Muscat Bleu is a hybrid wine and table grape and has its origins in Switzerland. We macerated the grape must with four different lambics from two different barrels. 3 Fonteinen Golden Blend No.37 2020 6.6% abv Season 19/20. Assemblage n°37. Bottled on 11/02/20. This Golden Blend has been blended with lambics from three different barrels and five different brews. The lambics were brewed by three different breweries. It is one of the first blends in which lambic brewed by Brouwerij De Troch in Wambeek was used. The oldest lambic was brewed in early 2016.

3 Fonteinen Intens Rood Kriek Blend 83 6.3% abv Assemblage #83. Bottled on 13/06/2019. This specific Intens Rood has macerated for six months on its fruit. The lambic in this blend originate from two different barrels and two different brews. Final fruit intensity of 475 grams of sour cherries per liter of Intens Rood.

3 Fonteinen Pruim Mirabelle Plum Lambic No.23 22/23 6.8% abv For this Pruim Mirabelle, we macerated Belgian Mirabelle plums for four months on three-year old lambik, before blending with more of such old lambik.
