3 Fonteinen Intens Rood Kriek Blend 83 6.3% abv Assemblage #83. Bottled on 13/06/2019. This specific Intens Rood has macerated for six months on its fruit. The lambic in this blend originate from two different barrels and two different brews. Final fruit intensity of 475 grams of sour cherries per liter of Intens Rood.

Despite its strength the Bergbock Hell is full-bodied. A very subtle, delicate hop bitterness combined with a slight honey sweetness, to a soft, harmonious finish.
The Andechs Hell lager has a straw-yellow and bright clear appearance and is brewed using the traditional multiple-mash method. Its foam is stable and creamy. It has a pure and fresh smell with soft maltiness, interspersed with floral hop notes. The mild sweetness blends well with a velvety-soft hop bitterness.
