Bishop Nick 1555 Amber Ale 4.3% abv Now this is a seriously full-bodied ale. No messing. Bishop Nick wasn’t burnt at the stake in 1555 so we could sit quietly and sip weak ale. Not a chance. Boudicca Brewing Queen Of Hops Pale Ale 3.7% abv Queen of Hops has a soft fruity aroma, rounded and grassy with hints of marmalade. Burnt Mill Galaxy Fog Can 6.4% abv This was the first in a series of single hop beers fermented with London Fog yeast. First up was, one of our favourite hops, Galaxy. We can’t ever get enough of its huge peach and passion fruit aromas! Re-created over and over again.
Burnt Mill Gardens Of Green DIPA II Can 8% abv We have created our biggest DIPA to date, blended with each hop used in the Gardens of Green Series; Amarillo, Wai-iti, Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Idaho, Moutere and Nelson. Presenting tropical fruits in the aroma and flavours of guava and papaya leading to a refreshing bitter finish.
