The lambics were brewed by three different breweries. It is one of the first blends in which lambic brewed by Brouwerij De Troch in Wambeek was used. The oldest lambic was brewed in early 2016.

Achel Superior Blond 9.5% abv The Achel extra blond is extra dry-hopped during the lagering. It produces a lively beer with an abundant white head. It has a hoppy aroma followed by a spiciness. Anice balance of hop bitterness and sweet malt notes. The beer has a long dry finish with a pleasant hop bitterness.
Achel Superior Dark 9.5% abv The Achel Extra Brown is lightly fizzy and has a modest aroma with sweet notes of caramel malt and a hint of vanilla. A strong pale ale spiced with honey, giving a pronounced honey note. A well balanced brew. Dry, slightly bitter and tangy. An interesting world art label to emphasise the fact that honey was the ancient brewing sugar.
The Barbãr Bok is adorned with dark colours and a ruby reflection. It undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and merges the softness of honey with the strength of alcohol. The honey originates from Yucatan in Mexico and is hardly noticeable. In the brewery they maintain that the Barbãr does not taste of honey but when accompanied by a dish with added honey, the dish tastes of Barbãr.
