Troubadour Magma Triple Spiked Brett 9.8% abv.
A Belgian IPA with the addition of the wild yeast strain Brettanomyces. This means that in addition to the fruity hops the beer already has in abundance, you now get a wonderful funky sourness. Not as sour as a lambic but some subtle off notes that really set the hops off in a different direction. Great example of a 'fusion' beer.
