Tommie Sjef Olasz Wine Grape Wild Ale 8.5% abv We made a blend of several barrels of beer with different ages (1 up to 2 years old), which were macerated with different types of grapes, three in total: Olasz Rizling (white), Muscat (white), and a little bit of Kekfrankos (red). The concentration of fruit in this wild ale is high: 425 grams per litre.

Tommie Sjef Voor Prune Wild Ale 6% abv Voor 2019. Gueuze lambic style sour ale. A special blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old barrel fermented and aged wild ales, minimal amount of plums.
